The Field and Community-Level Workforce forms the backbone of Mercy Sarah Foundation’s grassroots operations. This cadre includes community volunteers, mobilizers, facilitators, and focal persons who work directly within target communities to support programme implementation. They play a critical role in community engagement, beneficiary identification, service delivery support, awareness creation, and feedback collection. Operating with a strong understanding of local contexts, this workforce ensures that MESAF’s interventions are inclusive, culturally appropriate, and responsive to the needs of women, children, and other vulnerable groups, while upholding safeguarding and humanitarian principles.
